Bulgari Boutique Hotel - Sofia

The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance of the main sights and attractions. We also enjoyed the convenience of having restaurants and bars nearby.

The breakfast provided at the hotel, which was a bit underwhelming. Another issue was the weak internet connection, which made it difficult for us to work.

We stayed here to visit the nearby Banya Bashi Mosque and exploring the Centrum neighborhood is definitely recommended.

An adequate hotel 15 minutes walk from the city tourist attractions, quite quiet

The room is clean but basic, yet this hotel has plenty of plusses, including fast, reliable internet, many nearby shops and markets including an amazing pub restaurant over the road with typical Bulgarian dishes for a few Euros. (The huge soups are less than a Euro.) The location is a block away from a walking street with excellent shopping. There is also a laundrette in the same street, though not so close (two tram stops away).

The toasted sandwich plus coffee and juice breakfast gets very boring after a few days. (The hotel has no kitchen.) But you have many local options - even buying a kilo of strawberries at the markets for 4 Euros!

Gay friendly, walking distance to main things in the city

No rooms had working a/c - was very warm and window opened up to noisy front street. They had no fans either! But they did move us to a bigger, cooler room facing the back. Wifi worked in room but not lobby.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, especially considering its central location within a 10-minute walk of the main Sofia area. The staff are friendly and the basic amenities are well-kept. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, perfect for a good night's sleep. The simple breakfast included is a nice addition, despite some mixed reviews.

the room was extremely small, and we never get the room with the double bed that we requested on the reservation, instead we get two rolling beds next to each other

The free internet and the room size were good. the hotel's location was convenient with public transport nearby and the city was easily accessible. the staff was friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness was unsatisfactory and the breakfast wasn't up to standard. the bathroom was not adequately cleaned and the breakfast portions were small.

Our stay in hotel was really short, some hours only, but what did really impressed was the friendliness of the staff.

Since the hotel is located in a very old building it makes an impression that it is not very clean, which is not the case though.
